Savour Market – A bustling showcase of 100+stalls of Ireland’s best artisan foods, fresh produce, street food and unique flavours.
Craft Brewers & Distillers Marquee – Sample local brews, spirits, and meet the makers behind Ireland’s thriving craft drinks scene. Last service 30 minutes before closing.
Cookery Demonstrations – Meet some of Ireland’s most celebrated chefs on the Savour Stage and the Taste Stage championing sustainability and nurturing emerging and established culinary talent.
Book Signings – Meet your favourite food writers and purchase a signed copy from the authors directly.

Kids Zone on Mayor’s Walk – Keep little ones entertained.
Savour the Night Street Party (Saturday 24th) – As the sun goes down, the festival quarter lights up with music, food, and atmosphere for an unforgettable evening street celebration.
Castle Park Concert (Saturday 24th) – Enjoy a magical live concert, artist to be announced in the stunning setting of Castle Park. (Pre-Booked Tickets only.)
