The ever-popular Edward Hayden and Siobhán Donohoe will once again guide and entertain you through our top cookery demos with their expert knowledge, engaging questions and witty remarks. Both Edward and Siobhán have been a part of the festival for 15 years, and we are delighted to see them return for the 2025 edition!
About Edward: Celebrity chef, culinary lecturer and food writer/blogger Edward Hayden will be familiar from his cookery spots on Virgin Media’s Ireland AM and his Saturday morning radio show on KCLR 96FM.
About Siobhán: Siobhán Donohoe is a Kilkenny-based businesswoman, fashion designer and multi-media reporter. Siobhán started doing the PR and Media for Savour Kilkenny in 2009, but has now evolved into the MC role over the past 10 years.
Cookery Demos are free to attend and take place throughout Saturday and Sunday in the main marquees at the Savour Market, The Parade, Kilkenny City.
