Hailing from Ballymaloe in Ireland, Rachel Allen is renowned for her work as a cook, teacher, and presenter of hit television shows such as Rachel’s Favourite Food at Home, Bake!, and All Things Sweet. Her recipes, celebrated for being simple, approachable, and full of flavour, highlight the importance of quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
Before her rise to television fame, Rachel trained at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, where she continues to teach and inspire the next generation of chefs.
