A classically trained chef, Rory brings a wealth of experience from some of the world’s top kitchens. As co-founder of the iconic Ballymaloe Cookery School, alongside his sister Darina Allen, Rory has played a pivotal role in shaping Ireland’s culinary heritage.
His tenure as Head Chef at Ballymaloe House, where he was twice named Ireland’s Chef of the Year, is a testament to his exceptional skill and unwavering dedication to his craft.
