Kilkenny native, Tom Comerford, has over 20 years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, and is currently Executive Head Chef at Hunter’s Yard, home to The Hound restaurant at Mount Juliet Estate. Tom’s career includes working at La Tante Claire, Landmark Hotel, and Ballyfin Demesne, where he earned a Michelin star. His focus is on refined, ingredient-led cooking rooted in Ireland’s seasons and local produce.
