Warmly Spiced Autumnal Traybake

- Serves20 Pieces
Ingredients
- 300g Self Raising Flour
- 200g Soft Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice
- 200g Diced Apricots
- 5 medium eggs
- 250g very soft butter
- 1tbsp Vanilla Extract
To serve
- Icing sugar for dusting
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together well. Pour into a 23x33cm parchment lined tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
