Asian Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
Ingredients: (2 servings).
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 salmon fillets / Darnes
- 2 Cups Kale, spinach or Bok Choy

Method
Method:
1.- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic together until honey dissolves.
2.- Place salmon fillets, skin-side up, in marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 5 minutes, (the longer you leave it to marinade the better flavour).
2.- Meanwhile, preheat a dry non-stick frying pan medium to high heat.
3.- Place salmon on the hot pan. Skin side down first and cook for, 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of the salmon fillet/darne. Then flip skin side up, Cook to your liking.
4.- Add the marinade to the pan with the salmon and reduce sauce just for a few minutes, until achieve a thicker glazed. Remove from the pan and place on a serving dish.
4.-In the same pan, cook kale or bok choy for less than 5 minutes, until just turn bright green and serve immediately with salmon and carbohydrate of your choice. Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds & spring onions on top to garnish and enjoy!
